Can encounter pulse in my vision??

So I've had this weird thing happening where every now and then I tin literally come across my pulse in my vision. It'south similar my vision dims and brightens to the crush of my pulse.

I just noticed it happened after I carried my daughter upstairs for her nap and and so brought the groceries in from the car. I'yard currently on the couch with my feet up and the pulse affair has gone away.

My claret pressure has always been perfect at the doctor, but possibly information technology spiked?

Has anyone else had this happen and mentioned this to their doctor? If then, what did the Dr say? I'yard debating calling my physician today about this...not sure if I should exist worried.

As well, I'm pregnant with Twins (in case that'due south important to know)

Any thoughts on this are appreciated!! I know y'all aren't doctors haha merely I e'er like to hear others' opinions.
